Bosphorun 10K
Organized by Sportstouch Sports Event Agency. Here, he is referred to as the “Organizer”. The organization has a strategic partnership with Plus Timing.
1. Registration, Payments and Refunds
1.1 Participation in Bosphorun 10K can be provided via www.bosphorun.istanbul , credit card option. Payments include all taxes and fees. Once payment is made, registration will be completed. Only one entry/registration per person is allowed.
1.2 The organizer has the right to verify all identity information of the participant. Registrations containing incorrect information about identity information will be considered inappropriate.
1.3 Payments made by bank card, credit card or money transfer option are binding, non-deferrable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable, subject to local statutory law.
1.4 If you do not attend the event for any reason, you have the right to cancel your participation until September 13, 2024 (30 days before the event). In case of cancellation, 25% of the paid amount is deducted.
1.5 Participant; After the payment is successfully made, the contractual relationship based on these Terms of Participation is directly established between the Organizer and the Participant when the registration is completed. These terms of participation constitute the contractual terms. The sole consideration for the registration fee is the race number, chip and the right to participate in the Bosphorun 10K race.
1.6 The Organizer has the right to limit the total number of participants.
1.7 Participants must present an ID to receive their race kits. Each participant can only take their own kit.
1.8 Age restrictions are as stated in the 'Categories' section. According to these rules, runners who are under the age of majority cannot participate in the race, and if they have registered, their registration is automatically cancelled.
1.9 Registration fees
- 550 TL (early registration) (20% VAT included) (includes athlete TAF insurance fee) between July 21st and August 4th
- 650 TL (20% VAT included) (includes athlete TAF insurance fee) between August 5th and August 31st
- 750 TL (20% VAT included) (includes athlete TAF insurance fee) between September 1st and October 11th
1.10 Categories
-General classification
-Age categories will be 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.
-Skating category will not be opened.
1.11 If the quota is full, registrations will close early.
2. Category Change
2.1 For category change requests, participants must submit their change requests to ileti@sportstouch.net. Registration changes can only be made via e-mail until October 1, 2024.
3. Organization Change Rights
3.1 The organizer reserves the right to change the Terms of Participation. Changes will be published on www.bosphorun.istanbul and Bosphorun's Instagram address.
3.2 If the organizer thinks that the Bosphorun 10K race is dangerous or inconvenient for any reason; it has the right to cancel, change the race, unilaterally terminate the contract, change the details of the event such as the date, start time, track and distance and/or the facilities offered in connection with the event, without any responsibility or liability, taking into account the applicable laws and regulations.
3.3 If the organizer cancels the event for any reason, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
3.4 The organizer reserves the right to adjust and change the registration fee locally during the registration period for any reason.
3.5 The expenses incurred by the participant participating in the Bosphorun 10K race will not be covered for any reason. The organizer will not be responsible for any transportation or accommodation expenses, cancellation and change fees in line with the changes or cancellations it may make.
4. Prizes
4.1 The organizer reserves the right to change, cancel and/or replace any or all of the prizes with prizes of similar value. Cash alternatives will not be provided as prizes and prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
5. Disqualification from the Race
5.1 Those who transfer their chest number and chip to other persons, leave the race route, or change their official competitor number will be disqualified.
5.2 During the Bosphorun 10K Race, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, sue the participant for failure to comply with these Terms of Participation or, where applicable; if their behavior at any point during the event, before the event or in activities related to the event is disruptive, may harm or cause harm to a person, property or the reputation of the Organizer, shares posts on social media that accuse, offend or are related to terrorism, provides false information on entry forms, behaves unsportsmanlike, races with an unofficial number, races with an official number assigned to another person, transmits an official race number to another person, attempts to obtain this number from another person, including, but not limited to, health and safety reasons; reserves the right to disqualify and remove any other type of illegal or inappropriate behavior.
5.3 In the event of disqualification of a winning participant; the prize will be forfeited and/or the prize will be donated or given to an alternative winner. No refund will be made to participants who are disqualified for any reason. Individuals disqualified from an event will be removed from the official results.
6. Liability
6.1 Participants are responsible for participation in the races. The organizer company is exempt from any liability. This includes accidents, stolen clothing or other equipment.
6.2 Medical checks are particularly recommended in the sports area. All registered participants accept that they and their teammates do not have any health obstacles to participate in the race.
6.3 The organizer cannot be held responsible for any medical/health problems of the participant.
6.4 In the event that a participant injures himself/herself during the Bosphorun 10K race, the organizer is not responsible. The organizer; If deemed necessary, it may direct the participant to a health institution. All expenses that may arise in relation to medical care that may be applied to the participants at the health institution shall be covered by the participant.
6.5 Delayed participations will not be accepted after the race start. In case of loss of the chip or race chest number, participation in the event cannot be ensured. In this case, the Organizer assumes no responsibility for the participations that did not take place and the participation fee will not be refunded.
7. Clothing and Bag Storage
7.1 Before the start: Clothing bags will be collected from the event area. After the Race: Clothing bags will be returned to the event area at the finish line in return for their chest numbers.
7.2 Only Bosphorun10K bags will be collected.
7.3 Athletes are kindly requested not to bring any valuables with them. The Organizer is not responsible for lost items.
8. Kit Distribution
- Thursday, October 10th 10:00 – 22:00 Anatolian side Nike Maltepe Piazza AVM
- Friday, October 11th 10:00 – 22:00 European side Nike İstinye Park AVM
- Saturday, October 12th 10:00-19:00 Nike Zorlu Center
- There will be no kit distribution on Sunday, October 13th!
9. Acceptance of Terms
9.1 I have read the Privacy and Security Policy, Terms of Use and Race Rules related to Bosphorun 10K Run on the www.bosphorun.istanbul website with my free will. I accept all the details in these sections and I undertake that I will not sue any article and I am participating in the competition.
10. Route Services
10.1 Specified in the Course section.
11. Finish Point
11.1 The Bosphorun 10K start and finish point is Beşiktaş Kuruçeşme Cemil Topuzlu Park.
12. Closing of the Finish Point
12.1 The closing time of the finish point for all races is 10:00. After 10:00, traffic will open, runners still on the course can continue running on the sidewalk, but they will not be classified.
13. Transportation

Parking Lot
* Try to use service vehicles whenever possible!
The closest parking point to the event area is Kuruçeşme İspark
Note: The parking lot must be reached before the road is closed to traffic, the participant must check the parking lot occupancy and fee.
If it is full, you can park your car in Beşiktaş and reach the area by shuttle.

We would like to state that if the runners come with their own vehicles, there will be no transportation after Ortaköy Square.
14. Health Recommendations
Runners must have their health examinations done before the race.
Those with respiratory or heart diseases should not participate in the race.
You should participate in the race well-slept and rested.
Have your breakfast early on the morning of the race and avoid alcoholic and carbonated drinks.
Be sure to wear your sneakers with socks and the cream you will apply to your toes will prevent possible wounds after the race.
In case of health problems that occur during the race, abandon the race and seek help from healthcare personnel.
Adequate training, fitness and health are essential for a successful race.
Participants are fully responsible for health recommendations.
