General Registration Rules
1. Event tracks have been designed with the safety of the participants in mind. As a participant, I accept that risks cannot be completely eliminated in running organizations and that I must fully comply with the rules conveyed and announced by the competition organization in order to maximize safety. In addition, I accept and declare that they are mandatory and recommended equipment for events, and that if I do not have them with me or if they do not work properly, I will be held solely responsible in case I am banned from the race, have an accident, or get injured.
2. Since the race will be held in public areas, I, as a participant, accept that I am obliged to comply with general traffic and social rules.
3. Acting outside the organization rules, entering dangerous/forbidden areas, harming the life and property of third parties or institutions during the race is prohibited and is entirely my responsibility, the race organization committee and sponsors cannot be held responsible.
4. It is recommended that people who have been restricted in physical activity by their doctor consult their doctor. It is harmful for the health of people who are not allowed to do aerobic exercise, who need to be under constant supervision, who have epilepsy, or who are afraid of heights. I declare that I have no medical disability to participate in this race and that I am physically sufficient for this race.
5. I authorize the use of all kinds of videos, photographs, audio and similar footage, recordings and documents during the organization for all legal purposes, including advertising.
6. I accept that I am responsible for ensuring that the information I provide during registration is accurate and up-to-date, and I give permission to be contacted via e-mail, address and phone number regarding the competition.
7. I accept that my name, surname, country, age, club/company information will be published by the organization on websites, social media and in the press for informational, commercial and marketing purposes.
8. I accept that I allow KEMAV – Kemaliye Culture and Development Foundation to send e-mails and text messages for informational purposes about current and future organizations.
9. With this document I have signed, I, on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, managers, personal and legal representatives, will not be responsible for anything that may happen to me during the pre-race and post-race activities in the "Kemaliye Silk Road Ultra Marathon and other Kemaliye Festival Run, Stone Road Run, Dark Canyon" races. In case of injury, loss or damage, the organizers, people in charge of the organization, sponsors and organization representatives will not be held responsible, and all responsibility belongs to me; I have read and accepted the Competition Rules; I accept and declare that I have no medical obstacle to participate in this race and that I am physically sufficient for this race.
10- If your child, whose parent or guardian you are, is attending; ¨I request that my child, who wrote the above information and for whom I am the legal guardian, participate in the "Kemaliye Silk Road Ultra Marathon and other Kemaliye Festival Run, Stone Road Run, Dark Canyon" run organized by Adventure Academy; I accept and confirm all terms and conditions written on the competition website and REGISTRATION FORM page.¨
11- Cancellation and Refund Conditions: If participation in the race is abandoned for any reason; In accordance with Clause G of the 1st Paragraph of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation dated 27 November 2014, no refund will be made within the scope of the right of withdrawal exceptions.
12- Race fee and bib number cannot be transferred to another race or to another person.
13. Team advertising, any brand or advertisement cannot be purchased, worn, carried or hung on the athlete or on the entire race route, except for the official sponsors of the races specified in our posters.
14. Only individual participation in races is possible. Participation as a team is not possible.
15. If the rules are not followed, the participant will be excluded from the race and will not be allowed to run on the course.
16. If the contestant's participation is deemed risky, the organization has the right to cancel the registration and provide a refund.
